Delivery policy

Orders take between 1 – 5 working days to be dispatched from our store after payment has been confirmed. If the item is from a third-party store, shipping may take longer as we do not have control over third parties.

Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd will deliver to any address within South Africa. All deliveries will be made by one of our courier partners. Our delivery rates are standard across all orders and collection at our store in Heidelberg, Western Cape is free. Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend delivery policies, pricing and services without notice.

In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your order to you for any reason you will be contacted and delivery arrangements will be made. If the courier is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to us, the cost to send the order out again will fall to the buyer. After one week, your order will be cancelled and credit will be added onto your online account for future purchases. No refunds.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been dispatched from Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd.


Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd will endeavor to dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible but we can make no guarantee that packages will arrive within expected timeframes. There is a possibility of delays beyond the control of Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd. However, customers will be kept up to date with any delays that may occur and we will make arrangements for orders to arrive as soon as humanly possible.

Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd will take responsibility of your order up to the point of delivery. If your parcel goes missing or contents are damaged, Riebens Computers (Pty) Ltd will replace the item/s at no cost to you.

Please note that all items ship from our premises within 1 – 5 days, after which you will be informed of the couriers own delivery lead times upon shipping.

Third-party products shipping depend on the third party.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, you will be able to change your address up until your order is booked with our courier, after that we will be unable to make any changes.


Please refer to our terms of service. While all products come with a one year warranty, a full assessment will be done all all returns before store credit will be issued. No refunds.
